Position: Channel Partner Manager- EMEA

About the Division
From sample to knowledge to results, the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry business develops and manufactures ground-breaking chromatography and mass spectrometry consumables, for customers working in the analytical sciences (routine testing markets) and scientific research. Our complete workflow solutions enable productivity and efficiency for customers performing food and beverage testing and manufacturing, environmental and industrial testing, biopharma QA/QC, toxicology, and anti-doping. For scientific research customers, our products support a range of focus areas, including proteomics, metabolomics, drug discovery, and clinical research.

Discover Impactful Work:
Provides strong strategic and operational commercial leadership across channel partner TI to ensure bookings and revenue targets are met. Focus will be on achieving meaningful growth and market share increase and developing the right interpersonal structure and networks to achieve this

A Day in the Life:

  • Build and implement strategies and tactics to achieve sales and bookings objectives for Europe for T1 channel partners
  • Responsible for delivering revenue, profitability and market share growth objectives
  • Be responsible for the Channel relationship between major Tier I partners and CMD
  • Assessment and implementation of promotional programs
  • Active engagement with Channel Marketing team to take advantage of outstanding opportunities to promote products with the Tier I channels to drive growth
  • Actively problem solves to eliminate barriers between internal/external organizations

What will you need?

  • Degree in Science or Business based fields or equivalent experience
  • Commercial business experience
  • Ability to build and maintain processes and procedures
  • Successful sales experience
  • Familiarity with commercial sales and marketing tools to capture and understand the market preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to plan & prioritize multiple tasks and projects
